- 7+ years of experience

- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Must have an established record of meeting and exceeding quotas with a proven track record of substantial growth and capturing sales opportunities.
- High knowledge of researching
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Analyze marketing trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities.
- Build & establish strong relationship with customers.
- Develop dynamic business presentations and proposals for clients and internal communications.
- Inform potential clients about company’s new products and price development details on regular basis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business plan, sales strategy and public relations strategy in order to analyze and provide necessary recommendations.
2- Business Development Specialist

- 28-35 years old
- 4-7 years of experience
- High-level of communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in analyzing marketing trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities.
- Build & establish strong relationship with customers.
- Assist in developing dynamic business presentations and proposals for clients and internal communications.
- Inform potential clients about company’s new products and price development details on regular basis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business plan, sales strategy and public relations strategy in order to analyze and provide necessary recommendations.
