1- HSE Eng
Job Purpose: 
Works directly with rollout supervisors to dictate, implement, supervise, control and report all related Health, Safety and Environmental standards in project work activities.

Duties & Responsibilities’:
  • Evaluate processes, practices and procedures with respect to HSE standards and customize them in accordance.
  • Provide supportive documentation and awareness to the HSE standards employed.
  • Develop techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of the HSE system.
  • Audit and report the implementation of HSE standards.
Qualifications
  • Education degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the planning and implementing of HSE standards.
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 18001 and 14001 standards. 
  • Skills: Analysis, Adaptability, Reasoning, Conflicts resolution, and interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
2- MW Support TL

Job Purpose:
Lead the team that is responsible for management, optimization and troubleshooting of MW links.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the overall MW planning, optimization and troubleshooting of the project.
  • Lead the support of rollout teams during implementation and acceptance.
  • Lead the capacity calculation of the MW links.
  • Lead interference analysis and resolve related issues.
  • Lead the multipath fading analysis.
  • Mentor and guide MW support team members.
  • Reporting timely and precisely on all works to project manager.
Qualifications
  • BSC degree in telecom field 
  • not less than three years' experience in similar work
  • Specialized knowledge: TX projects background
  • Skills: Leadership, mentoring, Analysis and troubleshooting and interpersonal and excellent communication in both Arabic and English
3- NPO Support TL

Job Purpose:
Is the lead technical team member in the NPO Support Group

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Lead RF parameter analysis
  • Technical communication and clarification (RF workshops) with customers
  • Technical support on NPO issues and communication with customers
  • Mentor and guide NPO support team.
  • Reports timely and precisely on all works to project manager
Qualifications
  • Education degree in telecom field 
  • Specialized knowledge: RF parameters for (BSS, 3G, LTE)
  • Skills: high technical knowledge and interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Experience: not less than three years' experience in NPO position.
4- General Roll Out Manager

Job Purpose:
  • Act as the key interface of the customer for deployment activities of a project, including the management of all internal and external resources.
  • Ensure deployment activities are executed within the scope of the contract and within the agreed planning, specifications and quality standard, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible internally for delivery of the solution within the agreed budget, for optimizing costs and for identifying and driving up scopes in cooperation with the PM.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identifies, manages and follows up, controls and reports of all the project rollout activities including site survey, site preparation, equipment implementation, site documentation, integration and acceptance.
  • Manages and undergoes daily close follow up with team
  • Directs and ensures completion of all tasks related to rollout to ensure timely and quality achievement.
  • Reports to project management all work related progress
  • Intervenes to make sure all work activities are done and rectifies any problems that hinders the work flow and progress.
  • Ensure Quality, Environmental and H&S requirements, and customer’s prerequisites are met during the rollout processes.
  • Liaise with Project Manager and customer as needed for escalations on scope, processes and-or budget.
  • Prepare and maintain resource plan and forecast including own resources, subcontractor needs and tools.
  • Monitor, track and ensure deliveries of equipment and installation materials. 
Qualifications
  • Education university degree in relevant field – Telecom or technology field
  • minimum 3 years’ experience in rollout management
  • At least 8 years of overall experience in the telecom sector
  • Basic knowledge of GSM-WCDMA-LTE equipment and related site implementation
  • Skills: planning, project management, cost management, problem solving, customer focus, language skills in Arabic and English language fluency.
5- TX Site Supervisor 

Job Purpose: 
The Transmission Site Supervisor will act as an auditor on the site teams work in the domain of the TX (transmission) and identifies any deviations in technical, administrative or safety and quality specs of the work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible of ensuring the site work from installation to commissioning is done correctly.
  • Responsible of identifying any deviations and correcting them
  • Responsible of marking, reporting and supervising performance of teams
  • Reporting timely and precisely on all works 
Qualifications
  • Education degree in relevant field
  • not less than three years' experience in similar work
  • Experience in site supervision in telecom field, knowledge of Transmission nodes (MW) components and its installation.
  • Skills: high technical knowledge and interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
