Qualifications& Skills Required:

  • Preferably to speak French
  • Presentable and ability to presentation

  • Max 40 years old
  • 7+ years of experience
  • High-level communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Conflict resolution
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Must have an established record of meeting and exceeding quotas with a proven track record of substantial growth and capturing sales opportunities.
  • High knowledge of researching
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Analyze marketing trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Build & establish strong relationship with customers.
  • Develop dynamic business presentations and proposals for clients and internal communications.
  • Inform potential clients about company’s new products and price development details on regular basis.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of business plan, sales strategy and public relations strategy in order to analyze and provide necessary recommendations.
2- Business Development Specialist

  • Ability of traveling
  • 28-35 years old
  • 4-7 years of experience
  • High-level of communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Conflict resolution
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
